In every suite, enjoy the convenience of in-suite washer and dryer, private balconies, individual temperature control and gracious floor plans.

The Parkway offers independent living with services,  or 55+ apartment rentals.  With Independent Living you get to experience our on-site activities such as guest speakers, movies, exercises, happy hours, birthday parties, as well as off-site excursions to concerts, museums, restaurants, shopping and more!  Our shuttle bus is scheduled for different excursions throughout the week, or you can pre-book the shuttle bus for your own personal excursion, such as medical or banking appointments.  With weekly housekeeping our independent residents have more time to experience what The Parkway has to offer.
